Darrell J.I. Haight, B.Sc., P.Ag. - President
Mr. Haight is a professional agrologist (registered in Alberta and British Columbia) and completed his Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Conservation Sciences from the University of Alberta. Mr. Haight's areas of expertise lie in both the real estate, development and oil and gas sectors. His focus has been primarily on environmental site assessment, spill and emergency response, remediation, reclamation, environmental auditing and environmental and business management. Mr. Haight has extensive experience in building teams to effectively manage a variety of work throughout western and northern Canada.
Rhonda L. Smith (nee Kish), B.Sc., P.Ag. - Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Smith is a professional agrologist and completed her Bachelor of Science in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria. Ms. Smith's areas of expertise lie in both the public and private sectors, primarily focusing on business management, and project management and coordination of large multi-site assessment and remediation programs for large upstream oil and gas clients. Ms. Smith has extensive experience in managing project teams as well as employees from a business operations perspective. Ms. Smith has broad field experience in contaminated assessment, groundwater and soil monitoring, and remediation work throughout western Canada and has also provided in house remediation and reclamation program management for two major energy companies.
Currently Ms. Smith is an executive member (Treasurer) of the Canadian Land Reclamation Association (Alberta Chapter).
